Molasses Bran Muffins

I made this today. I knew it would be a busy day so I started it in the morning and just left it.I was so surprised that all my picky eaters loved it and it gave me a chance to finish off the homemade cranberry orange sauce I made for thanksgiving

Orange Fluff I

This was very good. I made it for a family bbque and everyone loved it. I did put the cottage cheese through a blender first and squeezed all the juice from the oranges and pineapple. It withstood the ninety degree heat. Will definitely make this again.
