Stuffed Tomatoes
The picture looked so delicious I couldn't wait to make the recipe even though I didn't have all the ingredients. Instead of canned tomatos, I stuffed my red tomatos with diced yellow tomatos. I used skinless turkey sausage. I used less breadcrumbs, but added a few flavored (cheddar/garlic) croutons which created wonderful bites of flavor. I also used colby/jack cheese. This recipe is so easy to adapt, so don't be afraid to use the ingredients you have on hand. Last thought, the less juice included (from tomatos) the better. Enjoy!

Apple Dumplings I
This is a great recipe! I tried it with biscuit dough and with crescent rolls, both work well! I did cut up the apples into chunks, and sprinkled them with cinnamon sugar. I baked the dumplings for 10 minutes without the sauce, then poured on about 2/3 of the sauce and baked for another 25 minutes. They were beautiful. I poured some of the leftover sauce on top. These were not soggy at all, in fact they were just right! SO EASY!

Scalloped Tomatoes
This is a great dish, and it smells WONDERFUL while baking. I used a variety of breads (whole wheat/hotdug bun, etc) and it still tasted delicious!
