Im 19 years old fresh outta high school. i plan to go to college and get my degrees in buisness and management, then after that i want to go into a culinary school and learn more about food so i can finally open up my own bakery, or resturaunt. that goodness spelling doesnt count while cooking, only making the menu it counts, and that i can do. i come from a big family and everyone is into food, at least cooking it. so we all have our different ways of perparing food, which is awesome because that is just more different way of a style that i can adopt. and it helps out a lot.

i like cooking dinners and sweets. its just fun and takes my mind off of whatever is happening. i also like baking fresh bread, x-peshally when im mad, the kneling part, you could just pound the stuff outta that bread, and it comes out YUMMY!! and plus you feel better, at least i do.

My cooking triumphs
everytime is great. if the meal is compleated in time, and everyone likes it, im happy. it could be huge like my older brothers wedding, that was fun, or as small as a tuesday nights dinner. its all the same to me as ling as everyone is happy.
My cooking tragedies
about 7 or 8 years ago, i was frying my very first hambergers. i was stoked!!! handling 3 hambergers at a time on the frying pan, i though i was amazing. i left it for maybe a min, or 2, or 3, and i didnt realize the stove was on so high, and the next thing i know is im smelling smoke so i run back to the kitchen theres a fire goin on curtains are on fire, and im like oooh !!! i ripped off the curtains put them in the sink run water over them and smother the fire on the stove with the fire extinguisher, for the grease fire. and im standing there looking at the mess i have caused, burned curtains in the sink, and winter wonderland on the stove. then my mom came in. totally shocked by everything and asked me what happened. i told her everything. she laughed. then my dad came in looked around, and before he could say anything my mom told him what happend, he looked at me, shook his head with the look that said, "only you" and he walked back down the hall way to the garage. my mom an
