Seared Sea Scallops
Pretty tasty. I omited the lemon pepper and added some much needed garlic. Scallop cooking tip (from my chef friend) - Since most of us overcook the first side, cut the cooking time on the other side in half. This will give you moist, delicious scallops every time!

Roasted Butternut Squash and Garlic Lasagna
I did a baked pasta variation of this recipe and it was delightful. I love the taste combination, and will definitely make this again!

Radish Top Soup
A very nice, healthy base. I added fresh herbs, spices, turnip greens and sliced radishes to the soup. I'll definitely use this many more times and play around with different combinations. Yum.
