Mostly it's me and my meat-and-potatoes-loving husband. But I love diversity in my dining. I prefer to eat low-to-no sugar nor flour in my foods and must resort to preparing my own ethnically-diverse foods. This has led to creativity in my meal preparation and planning.

Molasses cookies (for my husband), Turkey Lasagna (Italian), and Turkey Chili.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Thanksgiving turkey with whole grain stuffing, Cranberry Orange Relish (made w/Splenda), Yams (made w/Sugar Twin Brown Sugar), Brussel Sprouts, and Pumpkin Pie without crust! The tastes I love without the unhealthy stuff in them.
My cooking triumphs
I've been known to make a very palatable Pad Thai(Thai), Firecracker Chicken (Chinese), and Cauliflower & Chickpea Stew (Eastern Indian).
