Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
1st batch is out and 2nd batch is in the oven! The smell is just delicious and I had one straight out from the oven and it was crispy at the edge and soft and slightly chewy in the middle. It is great. However, next time, I may reduce the amount of sugar somewhat as it's a bit too sweet. Also, if you are using brown sugar, best to use the more fine type as I used the granular type and it came out the sugar hasn't completely dissolved. All in all, it's a keeper.

Flourless Chocolate Cake I
It's heaven for chocolate lovers! I made it twice for two parties and they were cleaned up quickly! It's not easy to un mould it though even though I greased, floured and also laid some baking sheet at the bottom and on the side. I put lots of fresh raspberries on top and served it with fresh whipped cream and raspberry coulis. Wonderful!

Green Tea Layer Cake
I just made this cake with a high hope...however, the cake didn't turn out that great. It's very moist but there is hardly any green tea taste to it. I in fact used 5 tspn but still can't taste any green tea. It could be that I used brown sugar which may have overpower the taste of green tea. Won't make this one again.
