Strawberry Cheesecake
Wow, great recipe. The only changes I did were: added vanilla to the batter and added strawberries to the strawberry sauce to top the cake; I also found that 1 bad of frozen strawberries was enough for both.

Crispy Orange Beef
Yummy! I took the advice of others and doubled the sauce while using less sugar. I also added some scallions and toasted sesame seeds at the end. A huge hit!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
These were so delicious...even my carnivore husband loved them. I took some of the other reviews suggestions - I doubled the breadcrumbs, strained the water from the onion/pepper mixture and added some corn. Yum! I will be making these again very soon.
