About this Cook
I love my family, my fiance', my kids, I love to garden, read history books, and I love my job.
My favorite things to cook
Mexican foods of all kinds, pasta , Breakfast anything (sometimes for dinner even), I can cook just about anything with directions if needed, my oldest son is the best chicken cook.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Lasagna, anything chicken, campers breakfast, garlic noodles, we have fun with pantry dinners, you know between paychecks, these dinners usually turn out to be our favorites. :)
My cooking triumphs
please see above
My cooking tragedies
The first time I made homemade tortillas, and Lasagna. (we ordered pizza those nights)

Ants on a Log
I have always loved this crunchy snack, and so have my kids. I also use cream cheese instead of PB, and different kinds of cubed fruit is a nice change, even cubed fresh strawberries with the cream cheese is nice, but PB is always a hit.

Peanut Butter Quesadillas
Wonderful idea, and so yummy!! I used one whole tortilla, put the peanut butteron the whole thing, placed another whole tortilla on top, and when I flipped it when golden, added cinn/sugar and dipped in honey, just great.
