I'm actually still a teenager, but I love to cook. I'm a vegetarian, and I am really trying to build up a repetoire of vegetarian recipes to make and to inspire others. (=])
My favorite things to cook
I love to base new recipes on old snacks, such as Caprese Pasta Salad, Campfire S'mores, and Cherry Cordial Cake.

My cooking triumphs
Caprese Pasta Salad! I was actually watching an Olive Garden commercial when i saw a dish that looked like linguini, alfredo, tomato, and basil. I thought, "How cute? Just like Caprese!" Unfortunately, the only thing left to make for the meal we were to have that night was a salad. So with the help of my cooking maestro, my aunt Alicyn, we used fusili with pesto, oil, mozzerella and cherry tomatoes. It was a super hit at the table that night and something we'll make again and again!
My cooking tragedies
When I was five, I thought i'd try my hand at making an appetier that night. I decided to make some blobs of cheese, breadcrumbs, flour, and milk, bake it and call it cheese bake. I thought it was a hit, but my whole family totally lied and said they loved it. Now that I'm older it's still a joke, and i'm so embarrased whenever someone tells it.
