To be honest, I'm not a big fan of coconut in my cookies, so I omitted this. But the cookie dough in general was delicious! I will try this recipe again sometime!

The other reviewers are right...the taste is addictive. I only made half a batch with the same amount of coffee granules x 3. I don't have an ice cream maker, so I made it manually by beating it every 45 minutes or so for several hours. It was tough, but well worth the effort. Although maybe I'll try to use an ice cream maker next time. Thanks for the recipe!

This is a great recipe for sugar cookies that you'd want to shape and decorate. This also makes a lot of cookies, too. I will keep this for future reference. :D

I've never made snickerdoodles before and I've never been too big a fan of them. But this recipe was great! They are very addictive to eat. I need to make sure I serve them when I have a get-together or else I might eat the whole batch myself.

Probably the best homemade alfredo sauce I've made so far. I used fettucine pasta and also made some modifications to the recipe. I added a little bit of minced garlic as well as garlic salt for flavor. I also added 4 oz of cream cheese and a couple tbsp of chicken broth as well. When it was almost done, as I was stirring, I noticed that it was a little too "soup-y" so I added a little more heavy whipping cream. And I didn't have any parsley, so I left that out. It came out rich and delicious. I ate more than I could handle. I was a little grossed out that some of the butter leaked all the way down to the bottom of the bowl, so maybe next time I'll decrease the amount of butter I put in this sauce. This is the reason why I love meatloaf. It's a little sweet and the flavor is fantastic. The only modification I did was using the onion soup mix instead of an onion.

My first time making flan and it turned out pretty yummy. It was very delicate and I actually ended up "cracking" my flan a little bit when I was trying to remove it. But still, the taste was light and still sweet.

I love crab cakes and these are spicy! I love it! I didn't change anything except I don't saute the green onions and I usually make about three times as much as this recipe so my friends and I can eat it with ketchup or soy sauce and rice!

Great recipe! This was the first recipe I ever tried for banana bread and it was great! I can't get enough of it really...and it tastes great with peanut butter!

I've been making this cheesecake for awhile now. At first I had issues with the cheesecake cracking, but after doing some research, I found that all I had to do was put it in a water bath and...VIOLA, no more cracks! But now, sometimes a little water leaks through the springform pan, but next time I will probably try lining the pan with foil before putting it in the water bath. Otherwise, great recipe! I was never a fan of cheesecake before, but even people who aren't cheesecake lovers would love this. I love the texture and the taste of it!
