I've been making this cheesecake for awhile now. At first I had issues with the cheesecake cracking, but after doing some research, I found that all I had to do was put it in a water bath and...VIOLA, no more cracks! But now, sometimes a little water leaks through the springform pan, but next time I will probably try lining the pan with foil before putting it in the water bath. Otherwise, great recipe! I was never a fan of cheesecake before, but even people who aren't cheesecake lovers would love this. I love the texture and the taste of it!
