Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I
I followed the recipe as it said to do.....with a few additions. Added some flax seed and some orange zest and juice from the fruit. They turned out perfect for me! I think the key is to not over work the dough. Yummy!

Sweet Potato Casserole I
This was wonderful. Followed as directed and it ended up perfect. Didn't have any leftovers it was so good!
