Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
I must have made this about half a Dozen Times by now. The ONLY Change I made was: I put a Can of Chicken Broth in the Bottom of the Roasting Pan and basted two to three Times. Oh my Gosh, the BEST Chicken I have ever had!

Mini Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes

Reviewed: May 2, 2009
Wow! These were absolutely incredible! Definitely 5 Stars for the Taste. Making them, however, was a bit of a Hassle I must say. It wasn't really clear how much of the Butter/brown Sugar Mixture to put in the Bottom of each Muffin Cup. I guess I put in too much because I didn't have enough, had to basically double what the Recipe said. Then it also didn't say what Size of Muffin Pan to use, but from one of the submitted Pictures I assumed they were the "big ones". I only have one of those Muffin Pans and they only hold 6. It was a lengthy Progress, had to re-use the same Muffin Pan 3 times. This Recipe made 17 Mini Cakes for me.

Japanese Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2009
This was okay. I made this Recipe using less than two pounds of Chicken Wings (that's all I had on Hand). I would definitely double the Sauce next Time!

Banana Raisin Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2009
Awesome! However: I had to get rid of the Bananas but had no Raisins so I used Chocolate Chips. Only used 1 tsp Vanilla (all I had) and a Splash of Orange Extract. Also, I used 1 Cup of Splenda/Suger Mix instead of the 2 Cups of white Sugar. Very happy with the Outcome and will definitely make again with the Raisins!

Lemon Chicken Tenders

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2009
I'm sorry, I really wanted to like this. It just didn't work for me. I may make this again without breading the Chicken. Or frying instead of baking. It was just way too dry for my Taste and not enough Flavor to it. I may also skip the Curry next time.

Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2009
I'd give it 5 Stars for just the Pork by itself, but not with the Sauce. I don't see it as a Mustard Sauce, since it tasted like Horseradish! I had to add at least another half a cup of Sour Cream just to take the "Edge" off, it was just way too spicy with all that Mustard Powder. In my Opinion anyway, no Way my Kids could have eaten it. I marinated the Pork overnight and it came out delicious and moist! Took about 75 Minutes to cook and was well done.

Grilled Tri-Tip with Oregon Herb Rub

YUM! This was an excellent Rub. I will keep on using this, it was delicious. I did bake my Tri-Tip (after searing) @ 350 for about an hour or so, I like mine Medium Rare :)

I did not care for this Dish at all. I don't know why I even bothered...what was I thinking? I might make this again...if I had absolutely nothing else in the House.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2009
I found this to be too salty :( This was my first Time making Lasagna and I think I might need to tweak it a bit. I also found there wasn't quite enough Ricotta Mixture and in my Opinion too much Sauce, it almost overflowed my 9x13 Casserole Dish.

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2009
After reading some of the Reviews, I was a little scared to try the Sauce, so I got some Backup just in case. Well, I really didn't need any! I thought the Sauce tasted fantastic, but I do agree that there wasn't enough of it. This was my first Time making Salisbury Steak and I was really surprised how good this was. I did not have any Trouble with the Patties falling apart at all. Love this Recipe and will make again!

Beef Stroganoff III

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2009
I was very happy with this Dish. I took the Suggestions of other Reviewers and added 1/3 Cup Cream Cheese, 1/3 Cup Sour Cream and a Splash of Worcestershire Sauce. Sadly, I did not have any White Wine, so I went without, but will definitely try it next Time!

Neat Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2009
YUM! I chopped the Celery with the Onions and some Garlic in the Food Processor, like Others suggested, and I did NOT think that the Celery was "overwhelming" at all! I did add the full Amount of Brown Sugar and did NOT find it too sweet, I found it just right! Awesome, easy, inexpensive Dish, and I will keep making it :)

French Beef Stew

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2009
Fantastic! I did have only 1 Can of diced Italian Style Tomatoes and I added 2 little Cans of Mushrooms, also some Adobo Seasoning instead of Salt. I did add some Corn Starch to make it thicken up a little more since it was too soupy for my Taste. The Dijon really makes all the Difference in this Dish. I also added a little bit of Horseradish. Will definitely make this regularly!

Anniversary Chicken I

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2009
This was pretty good, but I found it a bit too salty. I might use a different Brand of Teriyaki Sauce next Time. I was wondering how this would be with BBQ Sauce instead of Teriyaki and Blue Cheese Dressing instead of the Ranch?
