Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon

this recipe is involved but fairly simple to make. it looks beautiful when it's finished. however, there is no need to try dealing with the hastle of stuffing then browning. i cut the pockets into the chicken, breaded, browned THEN stuffed it and this worked just fine.

i made these because snickerdoodles are my favorite and i figured it would be fun to try making them from scratch. well out of the bug batch this recepe makes, i only got two. my husband's friends came over and ate them all. now they ask me all the time when i'm going to make them again

this was good but you have to be carefull with the sauce. it goes from being just right to overdone very quickly. and once it's over done, it gets VERY thick an is useless.
