My cooking triumphs
Canning ...this summer (2008) I attempted canning and it was fabulous! Dilly Beans, Pickles, Tomatos & Apples. I grew up with my Grandmother & Mother canning but was afraid to try it myself until this summer. I love the looks of the canned jars filled with my accomplishment.

Bacon Chicken and Dumplings
Great ! Easy! Yummy! I cheated by using a pre cooked roasted chicken from the market and it was wonderful! A new Family favorite! Thanks for sharing

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana
