Summer Squash Chicken Alfredo
This was a hit with my family. I have two toddlers who gave it the thumbs up, that means it has to be great! I followed the recipe except that instead of tomatoes (we don't like them), we added roasted red peppers and we used a roasted red pepper alfredo. We also didn't have the almonds, but it was still fantastic without them.

Julia's Easy Slow Cooker Chicken
After I saw all the rave reviews I thought I had to try this one out. It was nothing great at all. In fact, we'll never cook it again. It was more like a soup, but the chicken was too done and there wasn't enough flavor. I even added spices, carrots, onions and garlic like some reviews stated. Also, it just had too many calories with adding the soup. If I was going to make a chicken soup I'd just use some water and the onion soup mix.

Chicken Puffs
I have always added lemon pepper to my recipe like this and we serve them over rice. We also heat up some cream of chicken soup with 1/2 c. of milk to pour over the top when finished. Yum yum!
