Hello everyone,  I made sourdough pretzels last night.  They were delish.  I could taste the sourness, I can't wait till it gets more of a kick to it.  It was fun watching the starter turn and seeing the pretzel dough triple in size!!  And the wonderful aroma.  I'm hooked.

If I'd have had a second snow day today I was planning to make soft pretzels for the neighborhood. I like sourdough bread, but I'm not sure about pretzels..I was born and raised near Reading PA, birthplace of the aforementioned pretzel. I'd love to hear more about making pretzels.
