Getting one of those is one of the best things you can ever have for your kitchen. Cookies. They mix so much better in a Kitchen Aid. Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies are one of my favs.

I love my stand mixer so I'm thrilled for you! You'll find lots of uses for it. I used mine for dozens and dozens of cookies this Christmas, and before that I hauled it out every weekend and made pumpkin muffins for my son's lunches and after-school snacks. It was so easy! Good luck and keep us posted.

Heartiest congratulations! If you got the same little cookbook with it that I got with mine 6 or 7 years ago, I like the French Bread and particularly the Honey Oatmeal Bread.
