When life gives you limes...

My neighbor gave me about 40lbs of fresh California limes yesterday.  What to do.  Today I zested 4 cups worth of lime zest, made 2 key lime pies,  lime muffins, and lime vinaigrette.  Didn't really put a dent in the 4 bags of limes.  Planning on freezing juice tomorrow, and making a lime rum cake.  I'm giving as many away as I can, but it is kind of fun finding ways to use them.  Oh yeah, I guess I should make some limeade.

Wow! I can't imagine that much lime zest. Those little buggers can be tough to zest! Definitely make the limeade. Can you email me a few of them? ;)
