Stuffed Peppers for Two
This was great. I didn't blanch the peppers due to lack of time, and for the same reason cooked most of the ground beef before filling pepper but it still turned out delicious!

Chinese Pepper Steak
I made this exactly as written except I left out the mushrooms as my husband doesn't care for them. This turned out too bland for our tastes and the sauce wasn't thick enough to enjoy over the rice. I probably won't be making this again.
