Libby's(R) Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling
Oh boy, this recipe is awesome. I made 4 of these during the holidays. Two for my family and the others I gave to two other families. Everyone enjoyed. It is pretty easy to make. It is always one of the first desserts to go.

Savannah Seafood Stuffing
This recipe is great. We have seafood night every few months. I am always trying to add new textures and dishes to my recipe box. I did not use the shrimp, but my family still loved it and had seconds. My children, especially my 2 year old loved it.
