Peppy's Pita Bread
I love this recipe! I used half whole what and half white flour. I used the damp cloth method after pulling them out of the oven. They turned out way, way better than the pita you buy at the store - Which I will never buy again.

Parmesan Herb Bread
I wanted to love this bread more than I did. This might have been because I used whole wheat flour, but the tastes didn't blend as well as I would have liked. Also it fell apart way too easily for me.
