Chai Tea Mix
I like the flavor lots just the way it is, but there is way too much sugar in it for my liking (and I like my regular tea sweet) I think that I will cut the sugar down by a whole cup next time and add more from there if I think it needs it. I will make it again, though!

Dutch Apple Pie with Oatmeal Streusel
Awesome! I liked it so much when I made it yesterday as a pie that I now have two 9 X 13s (double recipe in each) in the oven as apple crisp!

Manicotti with Cheese
I made it for a fund-raiser dinner and it got great reviews! I really appreciated the comment someone added about stuffing them before they were cooked. I used a one of my frosting decorating bags and it was easy.
