Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing
here is my downsized version: 1 cup Olive oil 1 1/3 cups Balsamic vinegar (can use some red wine vinegar) 3 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 3 1/2 tsp Oregano 3 1/2 tsp Basil 2 tsp Pepper 2 tsp Salt 2 tsp Onion powder 2 tsp Mustard powder Combine until well blended, no need to refrigerate. loved it.

The Best Steak Marinade
Should leave out the oil as it prevents the tenderizing effect of the vinegar, oil meat just before grilling, otherwise perfect marinade.
