No Bake Double Good Dessert

Delicious !!! I did add 1/4 cup of melted butter to cookie crumbs and put in freezer while I did the rest of recipe. They all loved it!!!!

Chicken and Eggplant Alfredo

My Husband loves this. I had to tell the kids the eggplant were green noodles but they ate it. This one is a keeper.
