Creamy Twice-Baked Potatoes
My boyfriend absolutely goes nuts for these!!! I usually double the recipe and add a little shredded cheese to the mixture. I usually have more mixture than potato shells so I just bake the mixture in a glass dish for the same amount of time recommended. I recently served at a family dinner and every drop was gone.

Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
I ended up with a sauce that was pretty runny and had to add cornstartch to thicken it, but overall it was good.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
My meatloaf-loving boyfriend thought this was 'delicious!' It was nice and tender and had alot of flavor, however I couldn't get the glaze to turn out right, it was kind of runny. I will definately make it again, only try it with the sauce/glaze on top.
