These were good. I did change the recipe a little by adding 1/2 c peanut butter and 1/2 c chopped peanuts in place of the walnuts. They are crumbly however.

Hash Brown Casserole for the Slow Cooker
I served this at a potluck...I used fresh shredded potatoes. This was a big hit!

Mexican Baked Fish
We live by the Saginaw Bay and do alot of fishing. Used Walleye but other than that made this just like the recipe...my family loved it!
