Caldo de Res (Mexican Beef Soup)
This is better than what I get at the restaurant. Only thing I did different was I added 2 tsp of cumin.

Mushroom Sauce Baked Pork Chops
I de-glazed the pan with white wine. Turned out great. This was just the thing I was hoping for after a long week. An easy quick meal. Thanks to the poster.
