Absolute Best Liver and Onions

Excellent, simple recipe for great liver and onions. I used beef liver (not calf) and brown sugar instead of white. Turned out great - tender and good texture. Will make again!

Grilled Buffalo Wings

Overall very good. Worked well for tailgating using a foil pan, even on a small portable charcoal grill. Only complaint is it takes a while to cook but its well worth it!
