Really tasty, but a little too vinegary maybe.

Key Lime Pie VII

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2009
Wow this is the most delicious recipe! Creamy, mouth watering and slightly tart. If you have a kitchen aid- I put the final ingredients on medium speed and left for about 4 minutes (darn phone), and it was so fluffy! It had the texture of a light cheesecake. My husband prefered it to the one I made earlier in the week and stirred about 2 minutes.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2009
I thought these were pretty good, but not great. I didnt follow the input of others to sub oil for butter, so maybe that would have helped? Also, the streusel topping didnt have enough butter. Instead of crumbly, I got sandy. Many of the muffins had the uncooked sugar still on the top.

Apple Honey Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2009
I cooked the cake for 65 minutes, and it was still way underdone. A thick layer stuck to the pan, and the inside of the cake was sort of gummy. It was still good, but needed to be cooked much longer at a lower temp. The outside was browned. Still tasted good, but I may cook it some more tomorrow.

Caramel Popcorn

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
This is the best caramel popcorn I have EVER eaten. It is buttery, crunchy and wickedly good. I didnt have regular corn syrup, so I used light "Light Corn Syrup w/ Vanilla" and halved the vanilla in the recipe to make up the diff. Dont worry if you start to pour the caramel and think you wont have enough. You will! I sort of flipped the popcorn instead of stirring to avoid braking it up. I also bought popcorn kernals and cooked them on the stove. Easy and cheap.

Cheesecake Cookie Cups

Super easy, and very tasty. My husband ate 3 in about 45 seconds. This is a fairly sweet cheesecake, beware. I used sugar cookies for the "crust" as well. Yum

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2008
My family rated this the best apple pie they ever had. Warning, it took me a looong time from start to finish, but the result was flaky buttery crust and lovely cinnamon, caramel apples inside.

Sweet-as-Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2008
These cookies are crisp on the outside, with a deliciously soft inside. I recommend against adding any sugar to the top. They were way too sweet (this from a woman who could eat vanilla frosting from a can). Without the added sugar, still sweet, but I enjoyed the buttery flavor more.
