Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos
I made this last night for a holiday party and thought they were very good. However, as mentioned in some other reviews, I strongly recommend you wear gloves when seeding the jalepenos. I made about 40 of them and by the end my hands felt like they were on fire. They hurt for hours! I added chopped scallions to the cheese mix and sprinkled a little mozzerella on top before baking. They looked and tasted great. Only problem was that even after I removed every single seed and the membranes, my jalepenos were still very, very spicy. Will try again though. Thanks!
