I was surprised but this was fabulous! I would never have guessed to use tomato paste with shrimp but we all loved this! I will make this again and again!

Tomato Basil Penne Pasta

Terrific! We loved this! The cheeses were so good together. I would have never guessed pepperjack could have been so smooth and delicious when paired with mozzerella! I did add black olives since they were in the frige and thw whole thing was wonderful!

Chile Garlic BBQ Salmon

Fabulous! I drizzled a bit extra brown sugar over the top but followed the rest of the recipe to a tee! I loved the kick of the chili sauce! (I used Tabasco) It was a wonderful change from our usual lemon and dill salmon. I will make this again, even my hubby liked it and he's not huge into salmon! Thanks!

BREAKSTONE'S Creamy Avocado Dip

Yummy!We like it a little spicier so I used a bit more cayenne pepper and I got the regular sour cream (oops) and this was fabulous as a dip and also to put on top of our tacos!

Yummy yummy!! I do use brown sugar instead of white sugar and a little less, and also I use 1/2 white 1/2 wheat flour. Terrific!!
