Thai-Style Tilapia
Delicious sauce! I didn't have lemongrass, so I used lemon basil. Next time I'll try lemongrass, just to see the difference - but I certainly wasn't disappointed. I took others' suggestions about doubling the sauce. Great tip. While it increased the calories of the dish, it was worth it.
