While I would give the IDEA of peach ice cream five stars (I do adore peach ice cream), this particular recipe is only so-so. It's waaay too sweet, and I like very sweet things. Also, while I halved the recipe, my five peaches produced five cups of peach (which is the amount in the whole version), so be aware of that. I also would have added bigger chunks of peach for textural variety. This is yummy, sure, but it doesn't do peach ice cream justice!
