Unbelievable Chicken
I love this recipe, the chicken came out really flavorful and tender. I only made a few small changes. I used dijon mustard because I have no idea what coarse ground mustard is. I marinated the breasts in a ziplock bag for three hours (it's all the time I had) and cooked them in a nonstick skillet on the stovetop. I used thin cut breasts so they cooked up fast, I think this is way easier than grilling outdoors. Definitely a keeper.
