Simple Country Ribs
Substituted Guinness for the water and added a smidge of cayenne pepper, the husband and I both agreed they were the best ribs we had ever made!

Cranberry Chutney I
The tanginess on this dish with the sweet is excellent. I substituted pears for apples and added toasted pecans. Will definitely make again!

Russell's Fish Stew
This recipe is delicious just as it is! The whole family loves this so much that I have had to make up quadruple batches to pass out to family members.
