Michelle's Coconut Chicken Curry
I thought this was a good recipe. After reading reviews I did make the following changes, and let me tell you..... this is going to be a repeat recipe!! I substituted 1 potato for the cauliflower. I added about 1 cup of frozen peas. I added 2 T. brown sugar and 1 T. lime juice. I added a few tablespoons of cornstarch to thicken the curry up. This was AMAZING!!!!
