Manicotti Italian Casserole
Chicken Spaghetti II
Too Much Chocolate Cake
About this Cook
I married my wonderful husband on July 28, 2007. I am a full-time student majoring in Early Childhood Education. We have three dogs who we spoil rotten. I love cooking and baking, I love to try and make at least one new thing a week, sometimes more.
My favorite things to cook
I love making (and eating) fried chicken, *I guess that happends when you marry a man from the South*. I am really good at making Italian food, having a Grandmother from Itally that is all my Mom made, I do not enjoy eating it anymore, but I am always making it by request.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Italian, my family can make the best Lasagna and Spaghetii out there! Not to forget about our famalies manicotti.

Manicotti Italian Casserole
This was very good and very easy! My husband loved it and even took it for left overs the next day. He wants me to make this again! A winner dish!

Chicken Spaghetti II
It was just ok. Not great, not bad. It definitly could use less velvita, it tasted so much like cheese and not chicken. I added rotel and it did help a little. My husband ate his plate and I did eat most. I may make again when I have all the ingredients and don't feel like cooking a major meal.

Satiny Chocolate Glaze
I used this to put on top of the recipe Too Much Chocolate Cake which is on this site as well. i didnt care for it, b/c it was all so much chocolate but everyone else seemed to love it. so its just me! but i will use this glaze again to cover brownies and other cakes. i didnt have vanilla but it still worked great and tasted good!
