Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
These pumpkin seeds were excellent. I will put this in my recipe box. My daughter and I really enjoyed these. Thanks for a great recipe.

Quinoa and Black Beans
This is an awesome recipe. This is my first time trying quinoa. I doubled the cayenne pepper and cumin. I used chicken broth because it is what I had on hand and I only used 1 can of black beans. I served this with chicken and it went very well together, even my very picky daughter liked this. This a keeper. I will be making this over and over again. Thank you for a great recipe.

Easiest Eggplant
This is a very good recipe. I followed the recipe as it was written because this was my first time having eggplant. It was very good and I will be making this again. Thanks for a great recipe.
