Hi everyone....I have been a big foodie throughout my life. A single working gal living in the capital of India,its only recently that I have started to take cooking seriously. Hopefully, by the end of this year, I should be able to make a full fledged meal. Brownies & Chocolate cake...coz i love eating them:) My grandmom's a legend in the cooking dept. Watever she makes turns out amazing...my pick of the lot include: Roast chicken, baked vegetables, fish in mustard and caramel custard. a perfect rum soaked fruit cake...for my aunt:) forgot that I was cooking...and got stuck to desperate housewives....not surprisingly, the chicken got charred....
