Chantal's New York Cheesecake
This cheesecake is absolutely mouthwatering! I followed the directions exactly, (using light sour cream), although I did incorporate the water bath method while baking. It stayed flat and did not crack. Baking only one hour and then letting it stay in the oven for 5 did not work well for me-it was slightly undercooked (although I think I was the only one in our family who noticed! It was still delicious). Next time I will take the advice of LAURELC43 and bake it long and slow at a lower heat. I loved this recipe. It's perfect without any toppings whatsoever!
