Brunch Egg Bake
This was a great recipe to use. You could do your own variations using your choice of veggies that you like. I took the advice of previous reviews and reduced the cheeses to 2 cups of each kind. I made it for easter brunch, and made an extra tray to keep. Sliced it in squares, and we'll be able to throw the squares in the toaster oven for an easy-to-go breakfast for the next couple of days. Neighbors loved it! I'll definintly use it again and again.
