Well I guess I love food, so the thought of being able to make anything and everything my heart desires is a great idea in my book :) Im half Mexican so these dishes usually come pretty easy for me and I love the flavors.. I love making fish tacos, chicken enchiladas, spanish rice ... I am just getting into baking and really enjoying some of the recipes Ive discovered recently, like chocolate cake yum!! Im also a big fan of pasta dishes and pretty much throwing in whatever I have in my kitchen that day..the husband is usually pretty pleased with what turns out! Well I have learned a lot from my sister Rita who is an amazing cook... but the biggest tradition my family had was getting together every night and having a meal together. I think its super important and definitely a tradition I will pass on! Making my first roast!
