Brown Sugar Meatloaf
The hubby and I loved this meatloaf, I need to make it again asap, as I want to try leftovers cold on a sandwich.

Hot and Spicy Pecans
Delish, made em for super bowl sunday (unfortunately the dogs got ahold of the first batch so I had to make another). I used mixed nuts. No problems with burning here although they did not really dry out either.

Chocolate Trifle
I LOVE THIS DESSERT! I have made this a couple times now and everyone loves it! I will continue to make it over and over. I need to make this with my new favorite brownies by Ghirardelli.
