Peppermint Bark
Made this for a dessert party and it turned out perfectly. I love the two layers of crushed peppermint candies. This turned out to be the best peppermint bark I've ever made.

Strawberry Sherbet
We pick tons of strawberries during the season and this is a great way to use them. I halved the recipe and use my Krups ice cream maker. I have to refreeze the cylinder after the first batch and freeze the other half of the sherbet the next day. I don't add the cinnamon but this recipe is delicious. My friends rave about the wonderful, fresh strawberry taste.

Chocolate Bar Pie II
I made this for Easter and it was a big hit with our guests. The filling reminded me of a tasty chocolate mousse. I thought it was easy to put together also. I used a purchased graham cracker crust because I was making several other desserts but next time I will make a homemade crust. It's really so much better.
