Healing Cabbage Soup
This was delicious. I used a whole cabbage (why waste half a a cabbage), a whole medium onion, I added more garlic and red pepper flakes for some heat. I didn't measure the water, but I kept adding as it got thicker, and used 4 bouillon cubes instead of the 4 teaspoons of chicken bouillon.

Tasty Lentil Tacos
I have made this recipe a dozen times, and I'm now just getting around to rating it. It's a TOTAL keeper. It's super healthy and we just love it. I still eat grass fed beef and organic chicken tacos, but we enjoy lentils in the mix for a little variety. I use only HALF of the salsa mixed in. If you add the whole amount they are a little runny. You can always add.......

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos
This is the third time I've made this. I love this recipe. We tried it in lettuce wraps last night. I still think it's best in a tortilla, but if you're cutting back on wheat a lettuce wrap is very tasty. I added more garlic and more green onions and I definitely didn't cook for as long as stated.
