Mike is a culinary grad from PA Culinary institute then studied at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris France. Cooking proffessionally since I turned 15, that's 18 years! I have enjoyed the opportunity to learn several cuisines including Italian, Greek, Japanese, French, Cajun, BBQ, Chinese, and more.

Mike's favortie cusiine to cook is Italian. it is also Mike's favorite to eat.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Only Mike's mom cooked for a big family. One day at the age of 10, Mike decided she needed assistance. I helped and the passion for cooking grew from there. Mike even assisssted his Grandma with Thanksgiving dinners.
My cooking triumphs
While Executive Chef for a retirement community, I ran a monthly theme meal. This particular meal, was Italian. One of the residents made a point to come back from his apartment to the kitchen to congratulate me on the cooking. He had a tear in his eye and stated that my cooking brought back memories from the old day when he was a child growing up in Italy. That is and will always be the best compliment I have ever recieved.
