I'm a wife and a mom of a two year old, "E." I work as a Registered Dietitian and teach nutrition to limited resource families and at a community college. My goal is to come better versed in culinary arts. As well as to feed my families fabulous meals that are fast and nutritious. My favorite meal to make and eat is grilled chicken fajitas. I enjoy making new dishes using fresh vegetables in the summer. In the winter I enjoy making homemade soups, casseroles and baking Christmas cookies.
