This cake is awsome! While making it, it seemed like there was way too much of the pudding mix and not enough of the other layers, but I was wrong. It was perfect. Highly recommended!!! It was easy to make and super fun to eat :)

There was only one thing I suggest, only use three larger apples rather than six apples. I used three and I just want to say WOW!!!! Also, you dont want to just slice them, you want to chop them in to small cube like pieces. it spreads the flavor out more. This cake was fabulous. I read some of the other reviews and some people said it was mushy, but I think that is because they used six apples. I baked it for 60 minutes, no more no less and it was perfect. Some people said it wasnt like coffee cake, but mine turned out tasting just like one. I highly reccomend this cake. It was easy and deeeelish!

This pie was AWSOME! But to be honest, I did not even try the crust. I use this recipe for the filling. I made my own crust from a different recipe. This filling was great. It is super easy too.
