I made it for a family BBQ and it was way too dense, it did not have a cake consistency and was more like a big muffin than a cake. Would not make this again.

This soup is awesome! I used spicy sausage instead because I think it would have been too bland if plain sausage were used. I think the spicy sausage gave it more flavor and it wasn't too spicy but just right. I made it for my husband and brought some for my sister-in-law and her children and they all had seconds!

This recipe was ok but nothing amazing. I used ground beef but it was very bland after browning it that I had to add more coriander and I added cumin to make it tastier. I also sauteed the spinach with some garlic just for a second to add more flavor because overall if I hadn't the dish would be very bland.
