Recently married, I experiment all the time when cooking. I love southern cooked food. Beef Stew, chicken fried steak, macaroni, mashed potatoes.... My Father is a very picky eater-no onions, garlic, mushrooms, etc. Growing up we had about 5 different meals that my mom rotated, all were very bland and simple.
